About me
I am South African and obtained my primary degree in Medical Physiology and Anatomy from The University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. I completed my degree in medicine at the University of London (University College), graduating in 1993.
Following my hospital internships, I completed my General Practice training in London. I worked in a number of practices and hospitals, allowing me to broaden my medical and surgical experience. I also worked in a Flying Doctor service in remote northern Canada.
I am a procedural GP. This means that I am trained to perform surgical procedures in a general practice setting. These procedures include skin cancer removal, minor surgical procedures, vasectomy, and hormone implants and removal.
I have been performing vasectomies since 2011.
